HashPort Group Signs Partnership Agreement with MetaSolare to Create Web3 Entertainment Ecosystem, Including IEO Support

HashPort, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Seihaku Yoshida, hereinafter collectively called HashPort Group), its consolidated subsidiaries, HashPalette, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Seihaku Yoshida) and HashBank, Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Kazuyuki Tsuji) is pleased to announce that it has signed a partnership agreement with MetaSolare Pte. Ltd (CEO/Co-Founder : Kentaro Beppu, Co-CEO/Co-Founder : Asahi Iwanaga, hereinafter referred to as MetaSolare) for the establishment of a "distributed entertainment ecosystem" in the Web3 era.

A new genre of entertainment utilizing NFTs and tokens is rapidly expanding around the world today, and we are entering a new era, from Web2 to Web3. In this new era, open architecture is required in which users have sovereignty and participate in various decision-making processes. Against this backdrop, the traditional entertainment industry is under pressure to undergo a major transformation. In order to respond to this change, we have launched "MetaSolare," a Web3 project that brings together knowledge and expertise not only from the entertainment industry, but also from other industries such as blockchain technology and finance, to create an unprecedented entertainment experience. MetaSolare will work closely with Avex Group and the Japanese entertainment industry to deliver world-class content.

■The Role of the HashPort Group in MetaSolare

HashPort will support the development of "MetaSolare" as a group and promote the ecosystem with Avex Group and other partners. At the same time, as a close and mutually beneficial partner of the palette ecosystem, we will jointly promote the Web3ization of the Japanese entertainment industry. HashPort itself owns HashPalette, the only IEO issuer in Japan, as a subsidiary. HashPort will provide IEO advisory support by leveraging its expertise in supporting many new applications for crypto assets in Japan and its extensive overseas network. HashPalette will collaborate on content, including the development of a cross-chain bridge between the Palette and MetaSolare chains, interoperability of GameFi products, and joint development of IP utilizing the "MetaSolare" network with the support of Avex Group. HashBank will collaborate on the content side. HashBank will support the creation of the ecosystem by leveraging its knowledge of the underlying technology, including an enterprise wallet node system with crypto asset exchange industry-level security.
